2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 251 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 26.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 82697 of 2023 and despite her application being dismissed the petitioner did not surrendered and had again moved this Court for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. In view of the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court passed in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu Vs. State of Tamil Nadu and Anr. reported in 2021 SCC OnLine SC 176, second anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

6. The petitioner is directed to surrender and pray for regular bail within four weeks from today failing which the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya will take all steps for arrest of the petitioner.

7. Learned counsel for the State will inform the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya about this order.

8. List this case after six weeks for orders to consider the compliance report of Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya.

9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya through FAX for its compliance.
