2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 120B, 467, 468, 471, 420, 409, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including petitioner misappropriated the amount, deposited by informant and his family members in a non-banking organization namely 'Adarsh Sahyog Samiti'.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that other co-accused persons, having similar and identical allegation, have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide orders passed in Cr.Misc. No. 81569/2023, Cr.Misc. No. 2780/2024 and Cr.Misc. No. 64710/2024, annexed as Annexure P/3 to P/5 respectively. Petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2024. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Vaishali in connection with Rajapakar (Baranti) P.S. Case No. 199 of 2023.
