KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in Sadar P.S. Case No. 86/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that while her brother-in-law (Bhaisur) Hukumdev Yadav, father-in-law (Sasur) Ram Chandra Yadav and brother-in-law (Dewar) Radhey Yadav were at shop, altercation took place between father-in-law and people of Dilip Pasi in which father-in-law sustained injury and subsequently he died. The informant stated that there is some land dispute between

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39691 of 2018 (3) dt.14-09-2018 2/2 her and the petitioners. She raised suspicion against the petitioners. Except suspicion there is nothing against the petitioners.

Petitioners are in custody since 17.03.2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Sadar P.S.
