The present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Excise Case No. 716 of 2019 arising out of Chand P.S. Case No. 175 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 360 ml. of liquor from the pocket of the petitioner.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that though two other cases are pending against the petitioner herein, however, he is said to be on bail in the said two cases. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the present case, this Court deems it fit and proper to grant regular bail to the petitioner, above named, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Session Judge-4th-cum-Special Judge Excise, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Excise Case No. 716 of 2019 arising out of Chand P.S. Case No. 175 of 2019 (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) S.Sb/- U T
