1. The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the encroachment proceedings in question i.e. the one bearing, Encroachment Case No.16 of 2018-19 has already been concluded, by passing of the final order by the Circle Officer, Harsiddhi, East Champaran at Motihari and the encroachment in question has also stood removed, a fact, which is not controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioner,

Patna High Court MJC No.4610 of 2019(3) dt.12-01-2024 2/2 hence it is submitted that the present petition be disposed off, however, with liberty to the petitioner to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any, in accordance with law.

2. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off, however, with the aforesaid liberty.
