The petitioner seeks bail in Suppl. Alauli P.S. Case No. 103/2015, instituted for the offences under Sections 302 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2018. He is not named in the written report. There is no allegation of any specific over act against this petitioner. Name of this petitioner has come during investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Ranjeet Yadav and Daso Yadav.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Suppl. Alauli P.S. Case No. 103/2015, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
