2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Andhra Tharhi P.S. Case No. 25 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 341/342/363/365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The police submitted a report that a false case was filed showing the victim to be kidnapped which is not the fact.

4. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners submits that the brother of the petitioner No. 1 conspired and filed a false kidnapping case which was subsequently found out by the police to be a false case. The police has filed a final form and has recommended for initiation of proceeding against the

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. In view of the above, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class,, Jhanjharpur (Madhubani) in connection with Andhra Tharhi P.S. Case No. 25 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
