Petitioners are in custody since 08.02.2018 in connection with Kaler P.S. Case No. 1 of 2018 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners, who are of clean antecedent, is innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioners happen to be father-inlaw and mother-in-law of the deceased and there is no specific allegation of assault and demand of dowry against the petitioner rather the specific allegation of demand of motorcycle is attributed to accused Rohit Ram, who happens to husband of the deceased. These petitioners have no concern with the day to day affairs of the deceased and her husband. They are languishing in judicial custody for the last five

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Arwal in connection with Kaler P.S.
