This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Bhargama P.S.Case nO.278 of 2017for the offences under Sections 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he was apprehended by the police and four stolen motorcycles were recovered on his disclosure and other accused persons have also been made accused on his disclosure. It further appears that he is accused in four other cases of similar type.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the motorcycles were stolen by the other accused persons and he disclosed the name of Rahul Kumar and others and further disclosed that they were going to provide it to Md. Aslam in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40375 of 2018 (3) dt.24-09-2018 2/2 meantime they were arrested and further he is in custody since 18.12.2017.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, if once the charge is framed in this case, the learned trial court shall release the petitioner on bail in connection with Bhargama P.S.Case nO.278 of 2017 to his own satisfaction.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
