Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail registered for the offences punishable under Sections 393, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant in his written complaint has stated that on 27.03.2019 at about 10:00 A.M., he was driving his Swift car having Rs. 2 lacs in his possession when two persons riding on a splendor motorcycle intercepted his car and on the strength of arms demanded money from him. However, he informed the police and on seeing police both tried to flee away leaving their motorcycle however, one of them was apprehended and other managed to flee, apprehended person disclosed his name as

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. It has been further alleged that person who was apprehended on the spot namely, Vikash Kumar has already been granted bail by court below. Petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Dehri on Sone, Rohtas in connection with Akorhigola P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019, subject to conditions:

(1) Bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.

(2) Petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be represented on each and every date fixed by the court.

(3) If the petitioner tampers with the evidence or the witnesses of the case, in that case,
