2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 83 of 2018 dated 21.06.2018, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that petitioners have been made accused in this, on demand of dowry and due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand, the complainant's daughter was tortured and pressurized which resulted into death of daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

It is submitted that petitioner no. 1 is the younger brother of the husband of the deceased and petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law of the deceased. It is submitted that the petitioners reside separately from the husband of the deceased and they have no concern with the husband of the deceased. It is submitted that deceased, Archana Kumari died in road accident for which husband of the deceased, namely, Dharmveer Patel has lodged a case bearing Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 02 of 2015 dated 01.01.2015 under Section 279 and 304(A) of the I.P.C. against driver of unknown Bolero. The said accident occurred on 30.12.2014 and the present case has been lodged on 21.06.2018 and date of occurrence mentioned in the complaint case is 30.12.2014. Lastly, it has been submitted that they have no criminal antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioners in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 83 of 2018, they shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-
