JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-08-2018 The petitioner seeks direction to the respondents to cancel the certificates and degrees awarded to all those M.Ed. students of Sessions 1992-93 to 1996-97 awarded by L.N. Mithila University, Darbhanga through its Colleges like Dr. Zakir Hussain Teacher Training College, Darbhanga and some other colleges.
The petitioner has failed to establish his locus standi to seek relief of the nature as has been sought in the present proceeding. Reliance has been placed on a decision of this Court in case of Md. Saadul Aali Vs. Lalit Narain Mithila University
Patna High Court CWJC No.13148 of 2018(2) dt.24-08-2018 2/2 & Ors. (C.W.J.C. No. 10527 of 2002) dated 29.03.2005, to contend that the said degrees, which have been granted, are against statutory provisions.
Since the petitioner has no locus standi to raise the plea, this writ application is dismissed on the said ground alone. I have not gone into the merits of the allegations made in this writ application.
