2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 627 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 303(2), 109, 352, 351(3) and 3(5) of the BNS.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is of causing assault to the informant by means of iron rod, due to which he sustained serious injuries, besides the omnibus nature of allegation against other co-accused persons of assault and snatching of valuables.
4. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that only with a view to put pressure and wreck vengeance, the name
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83041 of 2025(2) dt.17-12-2025 2/3 of the petitioner has been implicated in this case by making a specific allegation of causing assault over the head of the informant. Moreover, the injury which is allegedly sustained to the informant is concerned, the same has been found to be simple in nature, as is evident from the impugned order. With respect to the simple nature of injury, a specific statement has also been made in paragraph no. 8 of the bail application. The petitioner though bears one criminal antecedent, however, the same has also been instituted by the same informant on account of some trivial reason. The petitioner is a woman, undertakes before this Court that she will fully co-operate in the proceeding of the Court.
5. On the other hand, learned Advocate for the State opposed the pre-arrest bail application and submits that the petitioner has assaulted the informant, due to which she sustained serious injury.

Regard being had to the submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the fact that the petitioner is a woman and the nature of injury is said to be simple, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this

No.83041 of 2025(2) dt.17-12-2025 3/3 order, upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 627 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with the further condition that one of the bailors shall be the own/close family members of the petitioner.
