Mr.Shailendra Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sirdala (Meskaur) P.S.Case No.214 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that from a plain reading of the FIR, it is evident that there is no specific allegation against the present petitioners. It is further submitted that the main allegation is against one Ranjeet Prasad and not against these petitioners.

No.72044 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Nawada in connection with Sirdala (Meskaur) P.S.Case No.214 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
