2. Petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 126(2), 127(2), 109, 303(2), 351(2) and 352 of B.N.S., 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and the informant alleges that he asked the accused to remove the auto for clearing the road, on which, accused persons demanded extortion of Rs.2,00,000/- and Md. Arshad on orders of his two brothers assaulted by rod causing injury on head, while Bablu Khan assaulted by Khanti causing second injury on head, thereafter women accused also assaulted and accused persons

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegations, as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that allegation against the petitioner of assaulting is general and omnibus in nature.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the anticipatory bail application.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the fact that petitioner is a woman, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No.39 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Sanjay/- U T
