The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No. 53 of 2019 (Excise Case No. 1895) registered for offence punishable under Section 30(a)(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has no concern with the illicit liquor.
