3. A show cause of the Chief Engineer, Irrigation, Water Resources Department, Bhagalpur is on record which shows that vide memo no. 2046 dated 13.09.2019, the case of the petitioner stands rejected.

4. Granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter, if grievance still remains, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
