The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case no. 154 of 2019, registered under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that on 14.05.2019, minor daughter of informant Dhanjee Singh moved from the house for training of sewing, but she did not return till late evening. In course of search, Ranveer Singh and Ashok Singh disclosed to informant that his minor daughter was seen with Guddu Singh moving towards Ara. The informant approached to petitioner, Mausi of Guddu Singh, who disclosed that brother of Guddu Singh resides at Ludhiana and Guddu Singh might have taken to his daughter there. In course of negotiation, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74170 of 2019(2) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 informant raised suspicion having hand of the petitioner in the kidnapping of his daughter being Mausi of Guddu Singh. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, petitioner is Mausi of Guddu Singh, in relation, due to that reason, she has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 154 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
