Petitioner seeks bail in Nayagaon P.S. (Saran) FIR Case No.61 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414, 467, 468, 469, 420, 471/34 Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is driver of the seized tanker. He has produced all the valid papers with regard to ownership of the aforesaid tanker in the name of owner Rakesh Kumar. It is further submitted that this petitioner is only driver of the tanker at the monthly salary of rupees five thousand. He was going to Chapra Railway Station to supply diesel from Patna on the advice of his owner. He is in custody since 04.05.2018.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 13th, Saran, in connection with Nayagaon P.S.
