Petitioner retired from the post of peon on 31.10.2017.It has been stated by the petitioner that after his retirement he was paid only Leave encashment of 300 days and G.P.F. amount but other retiral dues have not paid on revised salary of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd A.C.P.// M.A.C.P.
