====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 23-02-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Kaler P.S. Case No. 51 of 2022 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(c) and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 07.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9701 of 2023.

4. No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner.

5. From the perusal of the trial Court report dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84781 of 2023(3) dt.23-02-2024 2/2 15.01.2024, it appears that the trial is likely to be concluded within a period of three months.

6. Hence, the learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within its stipulated period of time, positively, failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

7. In the aforesaid circumstances, the present application stands disposed of.
