2. This Cr. Misc. petition has been filed to cancel the bail of the O.P. No. 2 which was granted by learned Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur vide order dated 16.08.2022 in A.B.P. No. 2238 of 2022, arising out of Muzaffarpur Complaint Case No. 1104 of 2019, corresponding to Trial No. 3779 of 2022.
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85639 of 2023(2) dt.18-11-2025 2/2 learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
