JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 12-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Complaint Case No. C-2/333 for the offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody in connection with seizure of 54 liters of Nepali liquor. Learned counsel submit that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case only on suspicion and nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, in fact petitioner is a labourer. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40374 of 2018(2) dt.12-07-2018 2/2 (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Complaint Case No. C-2/333 of of 2018.
