1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. In the present writ application, the contention of the petitioners is that the primary school situated in their Panchayat fulfills all the criteria for upgradation upto 9th standard but the said school has not been upgraded and another school situated outside of the Panchayat headquarter has been upgraded by the Bihar Education Project Council in violation of the criteria.

3. Since the matter is very old, and grievance of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.23217 of 2019(5) dt.05-12-2023 2/2 petitioners is with regard to upgradation of the school, as such, in my considered view that the petitioners may file a representation before the Director, Primary Education in this regard and if such a representation is filed by the petitioners within a period of thirty days, the Director, Primary Education shall be obliged to consider the same and pass a reasoned order according to law within a reasonable period of time.

4. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
