The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 202 of 2019, registered under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that it would appear from the first information report that on the basis of the written report of Mustazir Alam regarding missing of his bhanja (nephew) aged about four years from 04.08.2019, Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 202 of 2019 was instituted on 07.08.2019 under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code. On the next day, the dead body of his nephew was recovered from the sugarcane field in ruined condition. Thereafter, father of the informant gave an

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72689 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 application before the police raising suspicion having hand of the petitioner and Noor Alam. Further, submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 09.08.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 202 of 2019 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Bagaha, West Champaran.
