2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 30.9.2024, passed in Cr.Misc. No.35448/2024 by this Court.

3. Let alias name of the petitioner be read as Akash Kumar @ Aakash Kumar @ Aakash Kumar Yadav @ Akash Kumar Yadav in the cause title of order dated 30.9.2024. Time to surrender is also extended by further six weeks from today to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the concerned Court where the case is pending, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) in the office of concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with
