The present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 598 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

The allegation is regarding recovery of small quantity of country made liquor from near a temple.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further that petitioner is having a clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 09.09.2019.

No.72737 of 2019(2) dt.25-11-2019 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the present case, this Court deems it fit and proper to grant regular bail to the petitioner, above named, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 598 of 2019.
