2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S..

As per prosecution case, on 04.07.2024 at about 4 PM, while husband of informant came at his house with a tractor loaded with tent materials and started unloading the same, in the meantime, it is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including these petitioners, came there armed with weapons and started abusing and assaulting informant and her family members as a result of which, husband and motherin-law of informant died on the spot and father-in-law of

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners are ladies and claim clean antecedents.

On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and submitted that petitioners are named in the F.I.R. and there is specific accusation that they, along with other accused persons named in the F.I.R., assaulted informant and her family members as a result of which three people died.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and nature of accusation, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is rejected.
