JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No.24 of 2017 registered under Sections 153, 153A, 294, 188 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 9 of the Bihar Loudspeaker Act, 1955. Considering that the petitioners have not only violated the specific provisions of the penal code, they have also violated the Division Bench order of this Court passed in C.W.J.C. No.18942 of 2015 (Samir Kumar vs. State of Bihar & Ors.), I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Their

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42897 of 2018 (2) dt.20-07-2018 prayer for bail is rejected.

In case, the petitioners surrender and seek bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudice in any manner by this order.
