The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 309 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 150 liters of country made liquor from the house of Aeitwar Yadav, husband of the petitioner, while Aeitwar Yadav succeeded to flee away.

Submission is that petitioner is a lady, has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 14.10.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Konch P.S.
