1. Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Buxar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 252 of 2024 dated 14.08.2024 registered under Sections 126(2), 115, 109, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the first information report on 13.08.2024 the elder son of the informant (i.e. petitioner) came and started assaulting his wife and daughter. The petitioner assaulted the informant by iron rod on his head due to which he sustained head injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the son of the informant and due to family dispute and in a fit of rage the present occurrence has taken place. The injury caused to the informant is simple in nature as would be evident from the impugned order itself. Both father and son
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86623 of 2024(2) dt.18-01-2025 2/2 have filed a joint compromise petition. The petitioner is having no criminal antecedent.

Regard being had to the submission made by the parties, taking into consideration the fact that both the parties are closely related and injury caused to the informant is simple in nature, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner subject to the condition that he will not repeat the same offence in future.
6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 252 of 2024 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anil Kumar Sinha, J) praful/- U T
