2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S.Case No. 275/2023/ST No. 156/2024.
3. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that while rejecting the earlier bail petition of the petitioner in Cr.Misc.No. 24715 of 2024, it was observed by this Court that the learned court below shall make every endeavour to dispose of the trial within a period of one year. According to the submission of the learned counsel, the trial is still pending.
4. Considering the above facts and circumstances as
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77850 of 2025(2) dt.28-11-2025 2/2 well as the period of incarceration i.e. for more than two years, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge, Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S.Case No. 275/2023/ST No. 156/2024 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and remain present physically before the learned court below on each and every date.
