1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That present application is being filed to issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus to command the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment from both side of the Government Road of Main Market, situated at N.H.-52, Benipatti, i.e. the road going through Lohiya Chowk to Umgawn, situated under the Nagar Panchayat, Benipatti, Circle-Benipatti, District-Madhubani, which has been encroached by the local people by establishing permanent shops and market due to which the

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Benipatti, District-Madhubani, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
