The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 296 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 504, 506, 498A, 406, 420, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of D.P. Act. The allegation is regarding the accused persons including the petitioner, who is the husband of the victim lady, having tortured the victim lady on account of non-fulfillment of demand for dowry.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as

It is further submitted that though the petitioner is an accused in one case filed by his wife, but he is on bail in the said case. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 30.09.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Complaint Case No.296/2017.
