JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Bousi P.S. Case no. 76/2019 registered under sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 354, 379,506 and 504/34 of the IPC.

Allegation is that all accused persons by common object have assaulted the informant, his wife and his Bhabhi and tried to outrage modesty of female members of the informant. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to enmity based on land dispute. No direct allegation is made against the petitioner. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the aforesaid submissions and in view of the fact that petitioner is having criminal antecedent as
