By filing the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed to quash the memo no. 1288 dated 19.10.2023 issued by the Regional Deputy Director Education, Patna Division, Patna and to revise the promotion list of the Office Superintendent and to post the petitioner in the office of the Regional Deputy Director Education, Patna Division, Patna, according to his seniority.

3. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and also perusing the contents of the writ application, it appears that the petitioner has filed a representation dated 20.10.2023 before the Regional Deputy Director Education, Patna Division, Patna

Patna High Court CWJC No.587 of 2024 dt.15-03-2024 2/2 (respondent no.4) for redressal of his grievances, but till date, respondent no.4 has not acted upon nor any information in this regard has been given to him.

In such view of the matter, I deem it proper to direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.4 along with the supporting documents within a period of four weeks from today and respondent no.4 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order within six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioner after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

5. Needless to state that respondent no.4 shall be solely responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
