2. This application has been filed for modification of paragraph no. 3 of the main bail petition i.e. Cr. Misc. No. 54056 of 2025.

3. The petitioner disclosed only four criminal antecedent in his bail petition (Cr. Misc. No. 54056 of 2025) whereby he was granted regular bail. In paragraph no. 5 of that order, it was observed that before accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner, the learned court below shall verify his criminal antecedent and if it is found that he is involved in any other case except the cases, as mentioned in paragraph 3 of the bail petition, his bail bond shall not be accepted.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due lack of knowledge, only four cases were mentioned in para-3 of the main bail petition (Cr. Misc. No. 54056 of 2025) whereas the petitioner has six criminal antecedents.

5. The petitioner had concealed his criminal antecedent. In my view, presently, he doesn't deserve the privileges for bail. Accordingly, it is rejected.

6. However, the petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail after six months from today. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
