The petitioner is in custody since 01.01.2018 in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 489 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b)a 26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that while he was going to participate in the marriage, he was apprehended on suspicion that he was planning to commit docoity. It is further submitted that the alleged seizures were not from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has been in custody for more than
