JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 95 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case petitioner is in custody in connection with seizure of 21.6 liters wine. Learned counsel submits that petitioner is in custody since 29.04.2018.
