Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with CA Case No.2199 of 2017 for the for the offence punishable under Sections 504, 420, 406, 120(B)/34 of the IPC. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. Further submits that the a complaint petition has been filed against the petitioners and after perusal of the complaint petition as also the statement of the witnesses, it appears that false case has been filed against the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks in connection with CA Case No.2199 of 2017 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Purnea, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
