Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Government employees are not available as bailors. Considering the aforesaid, the order dated 27.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39421 of 2019 is modified to the extent that instead of Government employees, the family members may be accepted as bailors of the petitioner. The other condition mention in order dated 27.09.2019 shall remain intact.

With the aforesaid, the modification application stands disposed of.
