2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 09.11.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 73115 of 2023 to the extent of correcting the name of district.

3. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that in the prayer portion of the main petition, due to inadvertence, instead of mentioning the name of district as "Sitamarhi", it was wrongly typed as "Sheohar" and as such, same error has occurred in the last paragraph of aforesaid order dated 09.11.2023. Accordingly, he makes a prayer to modify the order to that extent.

4. In view of aforesaid fact, in the last paragraph of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.471 of 2024(2) dt.12-01-2024 2/2 order dated 09.11.2023 in Cr.Misc. No. 73115 of 2023, in place of "Sheohar", it may be read as "Sitamarhi".

5. Similarly, further four weeks time from today is extended to the petitioner to surrender before the court below.

6. Accordingly, order dated 09.11.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 73115 of 2023 is modified to the above extent only and this petition is allowed.
