The present writ application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 12.03.2018, passed by Respondent No.1, the Divisional Commissioner, Tirhut Division-cum-First Appellate Authority, under the Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act'), as contained in Annexure-1.
After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of
Patna High Court CWJC No.13331 of 2018(2) dt.24-08-2018 2/2 second appeal under the Act or to challenge the order passed by the Assistant Director Social Protection Cell, Motihari and the Block Development Officer, Turkaulia, Motihari in an appropriate proceeding.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforementioned.
