The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C-496 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323/504/379/498(A)/ 34/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing and ready to keep his wife with all honour and dignity and there shall be no recurrence of any untoward act amounting to mental cruelty. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and entire allegations are false and concocted.

No.72795 of 2019(2) dt.24-01-2020 2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Sadar, Motihari, in connection with Complaint Case No. C-496 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr. P.C.

It is made clear that in case, there is any recurrence of such act causing mental torture to the informant, the informant shall be at liberty to take appropriate legal recourse in accordance with law.
