JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-12-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Patrakar Nagar Police Station Case No. 604 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 3, 4, and 5 of the Immortal Traffic Act.

As per F.I.R., police on secret information raided the house of the Patrakar Nagar area and arrested several girls and persons in compromising position and so far as the present petitioner is concerned, he was also arrested along with a girl and stated to be the customer.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that according to the allegation he was not engaged in such trade of immortal trafficking, he is in custody for about four months, charge sheet has already been submitted and he has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Patna, in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 604 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
