JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-09-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 04.10.2017 passed by the S.D.O, Sadar Gaya. The short issue raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner was granted only three days time for filing show cause reply which is by any stretch of imagination insufficient.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is allowed and the order of the S.D.O, Sadar Gaya, dated 04.10.2017 is quashed with liberty to the S.D.O, Sadar Gaya to proceed further in accordance with law.
