This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Minapur P.S. Case No.302 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 137(2)/96 of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner is said to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant. He is in custody since 01.08.2025. 4.

From the statements of the victim girl as well as the material on record, it appears she had eloped with the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released

No.81914 of 2025(2) dt.22-12-2025 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, (East) Muzaffarpur / concerned Court below, in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No.302 of 2025.
