The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Cae No.4469 of 2018 on 16.10.2019 arising out of Bahadurpur P.S.Case No.114 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 38, 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 16.200 ltrs. of liquor from the house of the petitioner. He is accused in one more case.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the house was abundant house . Moreover the petitioner is in custody since 10.9.2019. He is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No.4469 of 2018 arising out of Bahadurpur P.S.Case No.114 of 2018.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
