The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S.case No.315 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

As per FIR, there is recovery of huge quantity of the liquor from the vehicle of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has given vehicle on the hire basis and he was not present at the place of occurrence as well as having no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.
