Mr. Sri Ashok Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-07-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bounsi P.S.Case No. 315 of 2017 registered under Section 392 of the Indian penal Code.

Submission is that FIR is against unknown and except confessional statement of the petitioner made before the police, there is no other material against him and neither any incriminating material has been recovered from his possession nor put on TIP and charge sheet has been submitted and petitioner has been in custody for last six months. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Manoj Yadav, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Banka in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 315 of 2017.
